Fixing Sync Issues

Your data should sync automatically across all your devices. If it's not working:

Check Your Account

  1. Make sure you're logged into the same account on all devices
  2. Verify your email address is confirmed
  3. Check that sync is enabled in Settings

Force a Sync

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Tap "Sync Now" or pull down to refresh
  3. Wait a few minutes for sync to complete
  4. Check if your data appears on other devices

Common Solutions

  • Poor Connection: Ensure stable internet on all devices
  • Outdated App: Update to the latest version on all devices
  • Storage Full: Free up space on devices with sync issues
  • Multiple Accounts: Make sure you're not accidentally using different accounts
